I am the CEO of MG Evolution®, a modern center for cosmetic development and production. My passion is creating innovative beauty solutions that combine science, technology, and business efficiency.

For over 20 years I have been building international beauty brands and projects that shape the industry. I am the founder of Broadway Beauty- a nationwide network of beauty schools, the creator of brands such as Dotki, MG Men, and in the past the publisher of Forever magazine. I also co-created recognized beauty events, including the Polish Championships in Permanent Makeup and international competitions.

Through MG Evolution I support both B2C consumer brands and B2B partners, delivering end-to-end solutions: from concept, formulation, and branding to final product delivery. My work is always guided by three pillars: technology, quality, and market advantage.

I also share my expertise as the host of the “Serum for Success” podcast by Booksy, where I talk with entrepreneurs and experts shaping the future of beauty.

Today, my focus is on developing MG Evolution as an innovation-driven factory and research hub, setting new standards in cosmetic production and sun protection technologies.

In addition to running my business, I also lecture at universities and industry events. My expertise is available for keynotes, panels, and workshops on topics such as personal branding, the beauty industry, and leadership in the cosmetics sector
